Two dozen Canadian and several internationally-situate academics, specialists and experts were contacted seeking a critique of the referendum voting protocol. Because there will be public concerns when announcing and promoting the Party about e-voting, assessments obtained now serve as preparation for responding to them.

Modifications were made as a result of consultations with, among others, Professor Henry Milner (University of Montreal, Center for the Study of Democratic Citizenship).
