The Catalyst & IVAC
It's not widely known that cumulatively the Liberals governed Canada for three-quarters of the 20th century and nepotism and patronage since before Confederation played a much more substantial role than is understood.
Fifteen years of periodic academic research into the historical antecedents of our current parliamentary system discovered policies, practices, agendas and relationships which necessitate a complete re-evaluation of whether this trans-generationally dominant political party deserves our trust, respect and vote.

The IVAC
The Internet Voting Association of Canada [Link] is conceptualized to be an organization that'll be launched in conjunction with the Canadian Citizens Party. To best ensure the adoption of the e-referendum system by citizens from coast-to-coast there has to be a period of time when they're able to learn everything about what's being proposed. Because election legislation severely curtails donations and the expected costs of edifying and convincing the ~30 million of voting age the policy formation protocols are acutely flawed will be very significant the proposed Association will educate constituents* and make the case this new approach is really the only solution to what plagues our democratic paradigm of governance.
